How We Calculate the Rates
Shipping and handling charges are determined by the merchandise dollar amount and the weight of your package.
All orders are subject to verification.
If there are any backordered items, the total shipping charges will be allocated proportionally and charged according to the dollar amount and the weight of the package.
All backordered items are not charged when your package is shipped.
On all our domestic shipments, if you were to purchase more than $200 USD you will be qualified to receive free USPS Priority shipping to your destination. COD service fee is not exempt, you will be charged $13.00 (Excluding any and all displays; and the following states Alaska, Hawaii)
***Alaska and Hawaii receive free shipping for purchase more than $700 USD
All domestic free shipping applies when the total sum is equal or greater than $200 USD after all the credit and deductions have been applied. ***Shipping charge is excluded in the total sum*

Shipments that are shipped out C.O.D. (money order or cashier’s check), there will be a UPS service charge of $15.00 USD.
All 1st time C.O.D.'s will be shipped to a valid commerical building/or facility. Sorry there is no C.O.D. option for 1st time customers where the shipment is going to a residence. (No Exceptions). Sorry for the inconvenience but C.O.D. is available on your 2nd order with us. All 1st C.O.D. shipments will be shipped via. UPSG (Only) you will not be able to make consecutive orders until the first payment has been cleared. For further questions please call or email us.
If you request a "Signature Required" for your package there is an additional $4.00 (USD) added to your shipping total. Please note: all New C.O.D. shipments going to a residence address, we will automatically ship out with "Signature Required," for security purpose.
We do not ship to APF/FPO, P.O. Box Addresses.
If in any case your order is delayed we will notify you by phone or email.
Shipping and Transit Time: United States & Other U.S. Territories
Orders are usually shipped via UPS (ground)/or USPS Priority within 24 to 48 hours of orders receipt.
Orders with priority shipping (UPS Next Day, UPS 2nd Day, UPS 3 Day) or (USPS Express) that come in before 1p.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST) will be process the same day.
Our standard shipping method within the Continental USA, except Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, is UPS Ground Service - Approx. 1 to 7 Business / USPS Standard - Approx. 1 to 6 Business days delivery from the shipping date (excluding weekends/and holidays) days may vary depending on your state/location.
Other options include
UPS shipping: UPS 3 Day Service - 3 Business days delivery; UPS 2 Day service - 2 Business days delivery; and UPS Next Day service - 1 Business day delivery.
USPS: Priority - various on location 1 to 5 Business Days; Express - 1 to 2 Business days

Shipping/Terms and Conditions
UPS guarantees on-schedule delivery of packages shipped via UPS Air Services, UPS 2 Day, and UPS 3 Day Select, where such services are available, to all 50 states and Puerto Rico.
If in any way your shipment was delayed due to the following, CRAVE and UPS is not liable for any form of reimbursement on shipping charges.
The guarantee does not apply to UPS shipments that are delayed due to causes beyond UPS’s control, including but not limited to, the following: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment; acts of God; and any delay due to natural disasters.
*We will not be responsible for any packages lost or stolen shipped to a "Residential Address" if there was NO "Signature Required" service on the package.
*Please check "signature required option" during check out session to have "signature required service" on your package when shipping out to a residential address.
*The signature requirement fee will be $4.00 added to your shipping cost.
You may ALSO opt for additional insurance on your package. Please add a note on your purchase of how much insurance you would like to purchase and the order processing team will add that amount to your end bill and send you an email for any additional funds that may be needed.
**YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE SHIPPED WITHOUT FULL PAYMENT - please make sure you check your emails daily.
Wrong Address Corrections
Please carefully check both your Billing and Shipping addresses before finalizing an order. If in any case there is an error on your Billing / Shipping information and needs any form of correction, you will automatically be asked the following:
If your address is, a Residential address but you mark Commercial there will be a $4.00 correction change.
If in any matter a number, name, avenue, street, blvd, etc, needs correction there is a correction fee of $12.00
Please note: All correction fees incurred will be billed automatically to your next order / all correction fees are set by UPS and we do not have any form of ability to change it.
If there are any questions in regards to the correct address, feel free to reach one of our in-house sales representatives to make any corrections before finalizing your order.
Crave Body Jewelry take immense pride in our quality and excellent Customer Service. If in any case you are dissatisfied with a purchase/or receive damaged items (during transportation), we’ll assist you with a prompt replacement of your return(s) or if our inventory does not permit; then you will be given a store credit.
All returns must be notified within 5 days of the shipment receipt and must be accompanied by an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) and a Return and Exchange form or a Copy of your Invoice. To obtain your RMA number you may email us at email@example.com or you may also call us at 213-244-1414 (Monday-Friday 8:30AM to 5:30PM Pacific Standard Time). If you cannot obtain an RMA form, please make a copy of your invoice and write the RMA# on the top right and corner.
How to Return / Exchange
A return and exchange form is inserted with every package. Click here for a printable return and exchange form.
· Any items returned due to wrongly ordered such as (ex: wrong size, color, style, dissatisfaction, ordered by mistake), when received will incur a 30% restocking fee.
· Returns will be processed as exchange or store credit on your online account ONLY/no refunds.
· Please fill out the return section of the form completely and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning.
· Please note that we will not honor any items that have passed our 5-day grace period.
· Any items without the original packaging or already sold to the customer will not be honored.
Packaging and Return Instructions
· Return(s) to be accepted for store credit all items must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging and all accessories. Any items that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact.
· Along with a return and exchange form, package your returns in a secure box or padded envelope.
· Ship by using USPS (United States Postal Service), UPS, or other legitimate parcel carriers.
· Crave Body Jewelry is not responsible for any lost or damaged package(s), so please ship your packages insured with tracking for your safety.
· Any returns received due to poor packaging, will not be honored.
· Keep your shipping receipt until you have fully received your exchange or credit.
Returns, Other Shipping and Handling Info
· Re-shipping and credits are not issued until your returns are received by our Customer Service Center.
· If items are returned from orders that received free shipping discount, original shipping will be charged.
· If you have an exchange for the same item on defected products, no additional shipping & handling charges will incur.
· Crave Body Jewelry DOES NOT send any form of return labels.
